A quick and easy breakfast option

Servings: 2
Ingredients
  • 11 ounces vanilla protein shake, almond milk, or kefir
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 1/3 cups frozen blueberries
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Blend on the "liquefy" setting until everything is mixed.
